Copy typing - From either printed or hand written sources.
Document production - Manuscripts, dissertations, quotations, invoices, memoirs, life histories and CVs – no job too big or too small.
Minutes - As an experienced minutes secretary. I will type your minutes as soon as possible. A copy of my original notes can be supplied on request.
Proof reading - All work is carefully checked for spelling, punctuation, grammatical errors and fluency and amended accordingly, with prior consent of the customer. I am also happy to proof read any document not produced by me. Proof reading is vitally important too, but many business owners don’t bother, often resulting in errors, which creates a very bad impression. Proof reading of numerical input is just as important, as it could result in misleading data or charging the incorrect amount.
PowerPoint Presentations - Using your own personal logos or pictures give either a corporate or individual look to your presentations – and ensure a uniform look to your presentation.
Design - Handouts and fliers to aid with marketing incorporating your individual brand or logo
Internet research - Most small businesses simply don’t have the time to do research, but it is often necessary to do a job properly and get the best results. Based on your individual critrea, I will utilise the web to resource and collate information as required.
Blog -Maintaining your blog with suitable articles and updates.
General administration as could be expected from a full time secretary.

Data input - using Excel spreadsheets, Word, or forms from the internet. Types of input include names and addresses, questionnaires, stock items, numerical input, batches of invoices etc as per your specifications.
Simply supply me with the information (i.e.: spreadsheets) by email, fax or post and I will do the rest, and even post it for you if required. I can supply all stationery at no extra cost.
Labels - for multiple uses (standard address labels, self addressed labels – ideal for Christmas address lists).
